Camper Experience:

Hearty Roots Adventure Camps foster resilience and wellness for Maine youth through a fusion of outdoor adventure programming and social-emotional experiences. Relationship building, exploring, games, journaling, yoga, and mindfulness activities are all a part of the recipe for programming that not only encourages positive affirmation, meaningful connections, and healthy mindsets, it provides a safe space for all participants to go on a journey of self-discovery. All camps culminate in a Closing Circle where campers reflect upon and share their experiences with each other and their families!

Day Camps are open to all campers and would be ideal for participants who are open to participating in day-long outdoor adventure and mindfulness activities in a group setting. Our Mini Roots sessions are capped at 12 participants with 3 qualified Adventure Mentors, for intentional supervision and purposeful group facilitation.

A pack list and additional camp details will be sent to families in the weeks leading up to the start of camp.
