This isn't your typical gala; it’s a soulful celebration featuring an earthy, wood-fired feast from Applecroft Catering and the Caribbean-meets-Mardi Gras brass vibes of the Soggy Po’ Boys.
This epic night is all thanks to the vision of Brendan Canning, whose brilliant idea to collaborate with Ryan McPherson of Glidden Point makes this magic possible. Together, they’ve created a space where community and mission meet on the half-shell.

The Soggy Po Boys, native to New England, have quickly become an institution. They are spreading the good news of New Orleans music across the northeast and beyond, wherever the party requires.
Applecroft Catering is a working farm in Waldoboro, Maine. They cook over an open fire, source from local farms and fisheries within 20 miles, and host a small number of dinners and gatherings each year.
