Interlude: A Hearty Roots Retreat For Women

An interlude can be defined as a short period when a situation is different from what comes before and after it.

Our intention for offering our first Interlude is to provide a space for women to restore, rejuvenate, and reconnect to their inner selves and the experience power of womanhood. This 24-hour retreat is designed to offer opportunities for wellness, adventure, connection, creativity and ultimately provide space for women to celebrate themselves and each other! More than anything, we hope that our Interlude offers you a space to find what you need for 24-hours. Need to find a quiet space to reflect? Take time for yourself and sit by the lake or go for a short hike around the beautiful property. Craving connection? Bring a friend or ask a new friend to join you for a paddle or sauna session. Need a nap? Escape to a cozy cabin or hammock! This is your time, so do you!
