Family Retreat

  • Duck Puddle Campground 60 Campground Road Nobleboro, ME, 04555 United States (map)

Join Hearty Roots staff for a special retreat for campers and the supportive, trusted adult(s) in their life to dig deep and adventure together!

The retreat will start with a group dance session led by local Zumba teacher Julie Browne, then groups will cycle through three 45-minute activity blocks: canoeing, creative time, and mindfulness/social-emotional learning; and the day will end with a group yoga session led by our own Haley Bezon!

There will be three age groups: 7-9, 10-12, and 13-14. Each groups will participate in the three activity blocks that will be led by Hearty Roots staff and board members.

An email with additional details about what to bring will be sent out to registrants as we get closer to October 9th. Email Haley (haley@heartyroots.org) or Jess (jess@heartyroots.org) with any questions!

For this event, we are suggesting a $50 dollar donation.
